Turn Around Time (TAT)

General order preparation for delivery will take 2 days given all items are in stock. If an item is delayed, a follow up email will be sent and separate shipments will be made at no additional cost to the buyer. If you have questions or need to make changes to your order please contact Customer_Support@Keckleyclothing.com. If the order has already been shipped you will need to return your items within 30 days. 

 

Shipping

Standard shipping is $5. Express and Overnight Shipping is available for an additional cost of $25. Package tracking is available on all orders. If you do not receive your package please contact the US Post office first and Keckley second to assist with investigating the loss. The buyer may purchase additional insurance, please contact Customer_Support@Keckleyclothing.com prior to your purchase for the additional coverage.

Express Shipping 3-5 business days

Overnight Shipping 1-2 business days

 

Returns/Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges are permitted within 30 days, simply mail unworn clothing back to the address listed on the invoice. You may also email Customer_Support@Keckleyclothing.com to assist you through returning or exchanging your item(s). Buyer pays return shipping. No restocking fees.
